DELIVERY NOTES: Residential deliveries are generally made to the door and assistance with unloading may be required. Steep driveways, stairs or restricted access may result in collection from the nearest freight depot.

We recommend a non-slip underlay should always be placed
under rugs. It will stop the rug slipping, create more depth underfoot and lessen wear on the rug. It also prevents the risk of dye transfer to the under surface and helps protect timber flooring.

Treat spots and spills immediately with a damp, undyed
absorbent cloth or paper towel. Use warm water. Do not soak the area. Do not use soap or detergents. If stain remains, contact a professional rug cleaner. 

Do not scrub the fibres. Vacuum regularly with low suction.

Avoid direct sunlight. Regularly rotate to ensure even wear.

Use professional rug cleaners only who have experience with
the fibre composition.

Shedding from new rugs is to be expected and will reduce
with time.

Due to the handcrafted nature of rugs, variations in size
and colour may occur between samples and goods received.
