The Cityline collection is available in six carefully selected shades – Azure, Sahara, Cero, Char, Husk, and Relic. These contemporary colours have been chosen to complement a wide variety of interior styles while enhancing the rug's silky finish and subtle geometric texture.

Available in three sizes – 170x240cm, 200x300cm & 240x340cm.

Perfect for everyday living -from spacious living rooms and open-plan entertaining areas to dining rooms, home offices and master bedrooms. Cityline is thoughtfully crafted to deliver luxurious softness while maintaining a refined, contemporary appearance.

SIZING: Each rug is individually handmade by skilled artisans and may vary by up to 5% from the ordered size.

CUSTOM SIZES: Most designs can be customised to suit your space, subject to design limitations. Submit our Custom Rug Enquiry for pricing and timelines. CUSTOM RUGS are handmade to order with an approximate 26-week lead time by sea freight, or
optional air freight at an additional cost.

DELIVERY NOTES: Residential deliveries are generally made to the door and assistance with unloading may be required. Steep driveways, stairs or restricted access may result in collection from the nearest freight depot.

COLOUR REPRESENTATION: We use images of real products
and take care to represent colours accurately. However, colours may vary depending on your screen or monitor settings.

NOT SURE ABOUT THE COLOUR? Our COLOUR BELT service lets you experience the colour, texture and material in your own space, alongside your lighting and furniture, before deciding.

We recommend a non-slip underlay should always be placed
under rugs. It will stop the rug slipping, create more depth underfoot and lessen wear on the rug. It also prevents the risk of dye transfer to the under surface and helps protect timber flooring.

Treat spots and spills immediately with a damp, undyed
absorbent cloth or paper towel. Use warm water. Do not soak the area. Do not use soap or detergents. If stain remains, contact a professional rug cleaner. 

Do not scrub the fibres. Vacuum regularly with low suction.

Avoid direct sunlight. Regularly rotate to ensure even wear.

Use professional rug cleaners only who have experience with
the fibre composition.

Shedding from new rugs is to be expected and will reduce
with time.

Due to the handcrafted nature of rugs, variations in size
and colour may occur between samples and goods received.

SPOT TREATMENT: We recommend treating spots and

We offer free standard delivery Australia-wide using trusted courier partners.Orders are usually dispatched within 2–6 business days from our Melbourne warehouse.
Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days for metro areas and up to 14 days for remote regions.Deliveries occur Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, and include front-door or ground-floor drop-off only.

Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your choice. If your rug arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including all return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, you may return your rug within 30 days, provided it remains unused and in original packaging. Free return shipping applies under our In-Home Trial service (up to two rugs per 30-day period).

Sale or promotional items are not eligible for refunds; however exchanges for colour or size are permitted at a nominal restocking fee: Up to 160 × 230 cm (or smaller): $50 (incl. GST) & Larger than 160 × 230 cm: $70 (incl. GST).
