Shipping Policy
We offer free standard delivery Australia-wide using trusted courier partners.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days from our Melbourne warehouse.
Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days for metro areas and up to 14 days for remote regions.
Deliveries occur Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, and include front-door or ground-floor drop-off only.
Tracking details are provided once your order ships.

Return Policy
We want you to be confident in your choice. If your rug arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including all return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, you may return your rug within 30 days, provided it remains unused and in original packaging. Free return shipping applies under our In-Home Trial service (up to two rugs per 30-day period).
Custom-made, special-size, or sale items marked “No Returns” are not eligible.
