It is designed to help you confidently explore the colour palette, texture, material, and finish of your selected design within your own environment before purchasing a full-size rug.

Once your Rug Belt arrives, place it in your space and experience the rug in real surroundings, under your lighting, alongside your furniture, flooring, décor, and interior styling. Unlike viewing products online or through edited studio photography, the Rug Belt allows you to feel the actual texture, weave, softness, backing, binding edges, thickness, and overall finish of the rug before ordering. This helps you understand how the tones and textures interact naturally within your home and ensures greater confidence when selecting the right design for your interior.

Changed your mind? No problem. If you would like to return the Rug Belt, simply email us at hello@therugtrader.com.au, and our team will provide the return address details. You can then self-ship the Rug Belt back to our warehouse. Once the Rug Belt is received and inspected, we will process your full $50 refund.


Shipping Policy 

Our Rug Belts are carefully packed and dispatched within approximately 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location within Australia. Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided so you can conveniently monitor your shipment and prepare to experience the colours, textures, and finishes of your selected rug design in your own space.

Customers may order a maximum of 3 Colour Belts at one time to ensure fair availability for all clients. If you wish to order more than 3 Colour Belts, please contact us at hello@therugtrader.com.au. Additional orders may be considered in the following month, subject to availability

Return Policy

If you decide not to proceed with your Rug Belt, you may request a return within 20 days from the date of delivery. Simply contact our team at hello@therugtrader.com.au to receive the return address details. The Rug Belt must be returned by self-shipping in its original condition. Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your full $50 refund will be processed.
